Went on a date to a trampoline park and broke my toe in 10 minutes

Met this girl on Hinge and she suggested jumping at Sky Zone instead of coffee. Thought it would be fun and different. After like three jumps I landed wrong on one of those foam pit edges and my toe bent backward. Spent the rest of the date sitting on a bench with a bag of ice while she bounced around with some random kid. She drove me to urgent care after and we never talked again. Cost me $80 for the date and a co-pay. Has anyone else had a date activity backfire this bad?

...and that's exactly why I've started suggesting mini golf for first dates. At least if you trip over the windmill you can play it off as part of the game. But dude, a broken toe in ten minutes is a whole different level of bad luck. I once sprained my ankle trying to look cool on a skateboard date so I feel your pain literally. At least you got a free ice pack and a story out of it. That's more than most people get from a Hinge date.

Nah, I gotta disagree... mini golf is fun but it's not exactly a low risk activity either. Those windmills and clown mouths have taken out more ankles than any skateboard.
