My aunt gave me a used bar of soap for Christmas last year

I opened this thing on the 25th in front of the whole family and it was literally a half-used bar of Irish Spring in a ziplock bag. No wrapper or anything, just the bar with some hair stuck to it. She said she thought I'd like it since I'm always complaining about dry skin. I just stood there holding it while my cousin laughed so hard he almost choked on his eggnog. I ended up tossing it in the trash the next morning without telling anyone. Has anyone else gotten something that was clearly just regifted from their own bathroom?

Did you check if it still had her name written on it in Sharpie?

Real talk, you gotta make a rule about giving stuff away in front of everyone so there's witnesses. The hair on it means she DEFINITELY dug it out of her shower caddy without even rinsing it off. I'd start regifting her stuff back to her with the same energy - save up some old lotion bottles from your bathroom and wrap them up nice for her next birthday.
