The year my brother got me a single shoe

Back in 2018, my brother handed me a gift wrapped box at Christmas with a huge grin. Inside was one single size 11 Nike sneaker, the left one, and I wear size 9. He said "figured you could hop around when you lose the other one." Has anyone else gotten a gift that was just straight up useless on purpose?

Actually that kind of waste would annoy me, not make me laugh. @carr.brooke calling it memorable doesn't change the fact that he spent real money on a prank instead of something thoughtful.

Your brother is a legend for that honestly. Sometimes the most useless gifts are the most memorable ones. At least he committed to the bit.
