Warning: I used to fake smile at every gift until my uncle in Boise gave me a ceramic frog and I laughed out loud
For 12 years I did the polite nod and "oh wow thanks" for stuff I would never touch again, but that frog was so ugly and pointless I cracked up before I could stop myself. Turned out my uncle bought it at a Boise thrift shop for $3 hoping for exactly that reaction, and now I want to know, has anyone else had a bad gift that was actually a good joke?
