Man, I had a buddy who tried to be a tough guy and ignored his wrist for like two weeks. He was convinced it was just sore from lifting and kept wrapping it with an ace bandage and pushing through. Turns out he had a small fracture in his scaphoid bone, which is a dumb spot because it doesn't heal well on its own. By the time he finally went to the doc, he ended up needing a cast for three months and some physical therapy after that. Now he can't even do pushups without it aching weird.

@derekward makes me wonder if my wrist is actually messed up too or just sore from typing dumb notes one-handed.
