My boss wanted us to use the new project software and it was a total train wreck compared to the old spreadsheet method

Last quarter my manager at the warehouse in Phoenix made us switch to this fancy app called TeamFlow for tracking inventory. It took 10 minutes just to log a single box of screws and the app crashed twice a day. I swear the old Excel sheet was clunky but at least it worked and I could fix a typo in 2 seconds flat. Has anyone else dealt with a boss who insists on new tech that makes everything slower?

Oh man that sucks. My old boss at the appliance shop made us switch to a tablet based system for logging repairs. Took forever to scroll through menus just to say "fridge not cooling." Plus the screen would freeze if you typed too fast. The old paper forms were way simpler. I could fill one out in under a minute. Now I'm sitting there waiting for the thing to load while customers tap their feet.
