Showerthought: My old boss made us do pointless tasks on purpose
Last month I realized something. Three years ago my boss at the warehouse made us reorganize the shelves every Friday. She said it was for efficiency. But I just figured out it was so she could look busy on her reports. Has anyone else caught their manager faking work like that?
