I swore for 2 years that putting milk in scrambled eggs was a crime, then my sister made them for my birthday
From 2022 to 2024 I would actually argue with people online that adding milk to scrambled eggs makes them watery and sad, and I made them dry and rubbery every single Sunday because of it. My sister made me breakfast for my 30th in March and quietly used a splash of whole milk, and they were the softest eggs I have ever eaten, so I had to sit there and admit I was wrong with my mouth full. What food rule did you defend way too hard until someone close to you proved you wrong in your own kitchen?
