I used to say the town library in Kalispell was a waste of tax money, now I'm there 3 times a week
Back in 2019 I voted no on the library levy because I figured nobody goes there anymore, everything is online. Then my truck broke down and I killed two hours in that building waiting on a ride, and it was packed. Kids doing homework, old guys reading papers, a lady teaching a free computer class for 8 people. So which is it, are libraries dead or are they the last free place left in town? Curious if anyone else flipped on this one.
