Used to think hitting 100 online reviews was no big deal

When my Etsy shop crossed 100 reviews last month I actually got choked up, because each one was from a stranger who took time to type something nice. Did anyone else get surprised by how much a random milestone meant to them?

Wait, are we talking about Etsy reviews or like actual product reviews on Amazon? Because I have a buddy who runs a little soap business on Etsy and he treats every single review like gold, even the three star ones. I get where you're coming from but honestly I think those milestone feelings are just ego stroking lol. What matters more is the trend over time, like if you're getting regular feedback month after month, not just hitting some arbitrary number.

Nah, @sam17, I actually think the milestones matter more than you're giving them credit for - they can be a real morale boost for small sellers and a signal to customers that you're legit, especially on Etsy where every review counts. Trends are important too, sure, but hitting 100 or 500 reviews feels like a tangible win that keeps you going through the slow months.
