Had a week where every single loaf of sourdough I baked came out flat as a pancake, turned out my starter was too cold.
I keep my starter in the garage during winter and after three failed loaves I finally thought to check the temperature, it was barely 60 degrees in there, has anyone else had a sudden baking slump that was just one stupid variable?

Flat as a pancake" reminds me of the time my oven thermometer was off by 50 degrees for a month.
