My $0.50 foreign coin finally saved me a trip to the bank
Had a jar of random change sitting for years. One euro coin in there, pretty beat up. Last week a vending machine at the airport actually took it for a $1.50 snack. Never thought it'd be worth more than the metal. Anyone else ever get a win from coins you were about to toss?
