My bank app kept locking me out so I tried calling instead, wild ride
I was trying to move $1,200 to my savings before rent and the app froze mid-transfer, 3 times in a row. So I called the 1-800 number and spent 40 minutes on hold only to hear a recording say to use the app. Has anyone else hit this weird circle where the phone line tells you to do the exact thing that broke?

Ugh, that is SO frustrating! Same thing happened to me last month, I was stuck in this loop for like an hour before I just gave up and tried the app again. It worked that time, but I was so mad I almost threw my phone across the room...
