Overheard a guy at the coffee shop in Omaha say he hasn't used his debit card in a year, only his phone to pay.

Seriously, I just keep a card tucked in my phone case for those spots.

Honestly, that sounds like a huge hassle. Not every place takes phone payments, so you'd be stuck sometimes. Carrying a physical card is just a good backup plan.

Yeah, I tried that for a while. Got stuck at a gas station that only took cards. Now I just keep a single card in my wallet as a backup.
