Rant: The little branch bank near the diner is now a vape shop
I walked past the old Bank of America on Main Street in Hometown, where I opened my first account back in 1987, and it's a vape store now. Forgot how much I miss the personal teller who knew my name and always asked about my mom.

Totally get it. That same thing happened to the old First National branch by the bakery where I used to cash my paycheck. Now it sells those fancy lighters and flavored air. Just feels like another piece of the neighborhood's soul got swapped out for something that doesn't mean a thing. Does it sting a little more when you pass by it?
