Tbh my old checkbook register looks like a toddler's art project now

I used to balance it every Sunday with a pencil and a calculator, but after my bank in Denver lost a $47 deposit slip last March, I just use the app. Anyone else's paper trail just totally gone?

Yeah, that's the same thing that pushed me over the edge. I had a bank mess up a check and it took weeks to sort out on paper. Now I just check the app once a week, like @nancyramirez said, it just works. I mean, I kept the register for a few months out of guilt, but it's all coffee stains and scribbled out math. My filing cabinet is basically empty now except for tax stuff.

Paper checks are a total nightmare to deal with. The app saves so much time and hassle. It's just simpler.
