Warning: Picked PayPal over Stripe for payments and it cost me real money
I had to choose between PayPal and Stripe for my small business checkout. Went with PayPal because everyone uses it, but their hold on funds hit me hard - they froze $1,200 for 21 days with no warning. Has anyone else dealt with unexpected payment freezes?

Stripe held $800 of mine for 30 days right when I needed it for inventory. I switched to Square after that and never looked back, their payouts are way more predictable.
