Just lost $200 on a 'rare' exotic pepper subscription box

Signed up for this hype farm in Arizona that promised ghost pepper varieties you can't find anywhere else. After three months of waiting, I got a box of jalapenos labeled as 'Carolina Reaper' and the company ghosted me on email. Anyone else get burned by one of these niche food subscription traps?

Pretty sure jalapenos and reapers aren't even close to each other.

Did your buddy ACTUALLY eat a whole reaper chip? My friend Mike once tried a tiny piece of one and his tongue went completely numb for an hour, he couldn't taste his pizza.

Yeah, not even in the same league. My buddy ate a reaper chip once and spent 3 hours on the bathroom floor regretting every life choice he ever made.
