Guy came in for a shape up and argued with me about the lineup for 10 minutes
A regular brought his nephew in on a busy Saturday at my shop near Dayton, and the kid wanted his hairline pushed way back, almost halfway up his forehead. I told him I would clean it up but keep it natural, and he got mad and pulled out a phone photo of some rapper to prove his point. I did it his way, and two weeks later he came back looking rough, asking me to fix the damage line. So here is the debate: do you give the client exactly what they ask for even when you know it will look bad, or do you push back and risk losing the chair? I have guys in my shop on both sides, one says the customer pays so the customer decides, the other says your name is on that cut walking around town. Where do you all land on this?
