I used to think a quick comb-over was fine for blending, but a regular told me it looked 'choppy' from the side.
He was right, I was rushing. Now I spend an extra 90 seconds with my shears, point cutting into the blend line instead of just going over it. Anyone else have a small change that made a big difference in how a cut looks?

That "point cutting into the blend line" thing is key. Do you find you're using the tips of your shears for that, or are you opening and closing the blades fully? I tried it both ways and the technique totally changes how soft that transition ends up looking.
