But what about the energy side of things? Letting hot water run nonstop wastes a huge amount of energy too! Heating all that water uses power or gas. A basin saves water and cuts down on energy bills. People often miss that water waste has a bigger footprint. It's not just the water, but all the energy to heat and pump it. So using a basin is smarter for saving both resources!
