Rant: That expensive clipper blade sharpening kit I bought off Instagram

Wasted $60 on a clipper blade sharpening kit from an Insta ad and it dulled my blades worse than before, has anyone else fallen for that garbage?

Good grief, that reminds me of the time I saw an ad for a "portable washing machine" that was basically a bucket with a lid. I almost bought it, you know, because the concept sounded so great to my tired brain. Then I realized the instructional video was just a guy spinning the bucket around in his kitchen for five minutes. I still laugh about it whenever I do laundry, which is honestly way too often.
