Shears before clippers, every time

I remember when barbers took pride in scissor work. These days, it's all about speed with clippers. I think shears leave hair looking more natural. Why the rush to clip everything?

Old-school barbers in Milan still cut and layer hair using just texturizing shears.

Isn't it mostly about speed and money? Barbers now want fast cuts to get more clients in and out. Texturizing shears take real skill and time, which hurts profits in busy shops. Those Milan barbers have years of practice so they make it look easy. Most places just use regular shears and quick thinning to save time. It's a shame because the results are way better with texturizing shears.
