Walked into a shop in Tulsa while on vacation, they had 3 chairs but only one guy cutting hair
Stood there for 10 minutes before I realized the other two barbers quit and the owner was just leaving the chairs out. He said he keeps them because regulars see three chairs and think it's still busy. Do you guys leave empty chairs out or pull them when someone leaves?

Always thought empty chairs looked sad, but keeping them for the busy look actually makes sense.
