Oh man, that threw me too when I first saw it! I tried running my ribs at 275 after hearing that and honestly they turned out way better than all those years fussing at 225.

Yeah @xena_brown50 I switched to 275 this summer and haven't looked back. Way less fussing.

Is it really that different though? I've been running 225 for years and my ribs come out fine, just takes patience. Seems like a lot of people getting worked up over 50 degrees either way.
