Appreciation post for the coworker who stocks the break room coffee
I used to just grab whatever K-cup was closest until I watched Barb restock the machine with actual good brands she buys herself. She even leaves a little note when she swaps to a seasonal flavor. Does anyone else have a coworker who quietly keeps the crew sane like that?

Barb sounds like a legend. That's next level coworker care right there, buying her own good stuff for everyone. I'd probably cry if someone did that at my place, we just get that generic brown water that tastes like burned regret. The handwritten notes are a sweet touch too, makes the whole break room feel less like a cubicle farm. Cherish that woman forever.

Doesn't it seem like the little thoughtful things people do on their own tell you everything about a workplace? One person bringing good coffee and a kind note can shift the whole energy, way more than any company memo or team building day ever could. It's a quiet reminder that real caring happens person to person, not from some HR policy.

Wait, is this real? Someone actually brings in GOOD coffee and handwritten notes just because they want to? That's wild to me. At my old job we had a guy who'd hide the good creamer in the back of the fridge for himself. People act like basic decency is some huge favor, and here's Barb just doing it because she cares. That's the kind of thing that makes you actually want to come in on a Monday morning, not some forced pizza party where everyone stands around awkwardly. I'm literally shook.
