Overheard a customer say my 14 years of jobs was just 'pressing buttons'

Tbh I was ringing up their $212 order of paint and supplies when they said that to their buddy, and I just handed over the receipt without saying a word. Has anyone else had a customer completely dismiss the actual skill behind their job like that?

Ever notice how people downplay any job they've never actually done? It's like everyone's work is easy until you're the one doing it.
