Last year at the warehouse, this guy Mark backed a forklift into a rack and bent the whole thing. He didn't even get a warning because he was buddies with the shift manager. Meanwhile, I got docked an hour for being five minutes late once.

What happened after they bent the rack, did it get fixed right away? Those kinds of hits can mess up the whole row's alignment over time. It's wild how management freaks over small stuff but misses the big, expensive problems.
