Switched from paper schedules to a whiteboard at my HVAC shop and it's night and day
I used to print out weekly routes for my guys and it was always a mess of crossed out times and sticky notes, but last Monday I grabbed a 4 foot whiteboard from Lowe's and now everyone can see the changes in real time. Has anyone else made a simple swap like that that just worked way better?

Whiteboards get wiped clean way too easy though. One of the guys accidentally brushes against it with his sleeve and next thing you know half the schedule is gone and you're trying to remember who was supposed to be where. Paper might be messy but at least it doesn't disappear on you.

Paper is also way easier to scan or snap a pic of when you're in a hurry. whiteboard requires you to stop and actually focus on taking the photo at the right angle and lighting. plus if someone erases your sticky note you can usually find it crumpled on the floor somewhere.
