That one customer who showed me my shampoo was the problem
Lady brought in her golden retriever a month ago and told me straight up her dog's skin was flaking because of that lavender oatmeal stuff I was using. Switched to a hypoallergenic brand with no fragrances and now half my regulars have better coats. Anyone else had a customer call out something obvious you were missing?

Totally been there. Customer told me my flea treatment was making her cat itch.
