Tried both paper towels and microfiber for cleaning my coffee shop counter

I run a small coffee shop in Portland and I always used paper towels for wiping down the counter between customers. Switched to microfiber cloths three weeks ago because I was tired of buying rolls every few days. The microfiber cleans way better with just water and I've saved about $40 so far on paper products. Anyone else make the switch and find a brand that holds up after a bunch of washes?

Isn't it funny how the simplest switch like this shows we often overcomplicate stuff in our daily routines?

The thing about that switch is people assume it's just a simple choice between two things. But most people miss that the cheaper version has a different internal gearing system. That means it runs louder and uses more power over time. So you might save twenty bucks now but pay double in electric costs within a year. Not exactly overcomplicating things when the "simple" option actually costs more in the long run. Just something to keep in mind before calling everything overcomplicated.
