Watched a guy at Home Depot try to return a half used bag of mortar mix and the cashier actually took it
I was picking up some flashing tape and saw this dude argue for 10 minutes over a $6 bag of mortar he clearly used half of. Cashier just shrugged and gave him store credit, which is exactly why my prices have to go up for folks who actually pay their own way.

Return policy needs a "clearly used" exception right on the sign.

Oh man. I read something the other day about how stores are basically training people to act worse because they never say no. That cashier just made every honest customer pay more for the next bag of mortar.
