Working a 12-hour bar shift with two different managers showed me everything

Mike's system sounds way better. Sarah just creates more work by making you guess. Showing someone the method saves time and stops problems before they even start.

My own system is more like Sarah's, but with extra steps for confusion. I once wrote instructions so unclear I couldn't even follow them myself a week later.

Yeah @susana66, I used to overcomplicate things too until I saw how much simpler Mike's way is.
