Ever run into this? I had a cracked seat tube last year and took a bunch of photos with my phone, making sure the timestamp was on. When the shop tried to say it was my fault, I just emailed the pics over and they covered it.

Man, I wish I was that smart. My version of that is usually just staring at the broken part while muttering swear words, then trying to glue it back together with the wrong kind of epoxy.
