Question about a $40 bearing press I bought online that turned out to be a total paperweight

The cheap aluminum body flexed so much pressing a headset cup that it marred the frame, so what's a decent budget press that actually works?

My neighbor's garage has a whole shelf of those "one job" tools that failed it. It feels like we're all paying for the same lesson now.

Man, @rowanellis is right, it's like these tools are designed to break on their first real job lol.

Ugh, that's the worst. I had the same thing happen with a cheap derailleur hanger alignment tool. The gauge was made of such soft metal it bent while I was trying to straighten a hanger, making the whole thing useless. It's so frustrating when the tool itself becomes the problem. What did you end up doing with your frame?
