City life vs. county life, which one actually wore you down faster?

I moved from a 2-bedroom apartment in Phoenix to a 5-acre plot near Prescott last spring, and the shift was wild... in the city I was drained by noise and traffic every single day, but out here it's the opposite, I'm exhausted from the quiet and the constant upkeep. Took about 4 months to notice my sleep changed completely, and my friends who stayed behind swear I've gotten slower while I think they've gotten more stressed. Which side has anyone else found harder to adjust to after a big move, the hustle or the isolation?
