Is it better to watch one episode a day or blast through 8 in a row?

Last week I binged all of The Bear season 2 in one night and felt fried the next day, but when I spread Breaking Bad over a month I forgot half the plot. Which side are you on for new shows?

Man, I tried the slow method with Succession once. Had a friend who watched like one episode every other day and kept texting me theories. I just couldn't do it. Forgot who was stabbing who in the back by the time the next Sunday rolled around. Binging is a whole different beast though. Remember when I did all of Beef in a day and ended up yelling at my microwave at 2am like it was the show's fault? Your mileage definitely varies.

Yelling at your microwave at 2am because of Beef is honestly the most relatable thing I've read all day. I still think about that road rage scene and get anxious just walking past my toaster.
