Spent 6 hours fighting a forge burner that just needed a different nozzle

I was adjusting my propane burner for what felt like forever, couldn't get a clean blue flame no matter what I did. Turns out the nozzle tip I was using was designed for a higher pressure setup, not my little 0-30 psi regulator. Swapped to a #60 orifice and it fired up perfect in 5 minutes. Has anyone else wasted a whole day on something that simple?
