DAE get annoyed when a game store has no play space?
I went to The Dragon's Hoard in Springfield yesterday hoping to try out a new game. They had a huge wall of games but not a single table for people to sit and play. The owner just shrugged and said, 'We sell games, we don't host them.' It felt so wrong for a place that calls itself a hobby shop. How are you supposed to know if you'll like a game before you buy it? Does your local store let you play?

That "we sell games, we don't host them" attitude kills the community vibe.

Man, I get where you're coming from, but honestly, some of my favorite shops are just clean, well-stocked places to buy stuff. Not every store needs to be a hangout spot, you know?

Honestly that setup sounds pretty normal for a lot of stores. Retail space is crazy expensive, and tables take up a ton of room that could hold more product. Maybe just check their website or call ahead next time to see what the deal is.
