Decided between Catan and Ticket to Ride for game night
Picked Catan because three friends already owned Ticket to Ride, but nobody brought the development cards rulebook and we spent 20 minutes arguing about the robber - has anyone else had a game night fall apart over missing rules?

Hmm, I kinda see it different though... Catan's got a lot more strategy than people give it credit for. Sure, sometimes the dice screw you over, but the trading and placement decisions can really change things. I've had games where I came back from nowhere just by making smart deals. It's not all luck, you know... there's a real skill to reading the board and playing people.
