I finally spent $120 on a proper dice tray and it actually saved my tabletop nights

Bought a leather-lined dice tray after my tenth time picking dice off the floor during a three-hour Gloomhaven session. The felt on my old one wore through in two months, this one's got a real wood rim and hasn't frayed at all. Anyone else found a cheap accessory that just didn't hold up?

Felt wear through that fast sounds like a manufacturing issue, not just cheap materials.
