I spent $80 on a board game organizer that was just a fancy box

I got the 'Deluxe Wooden Insert' for my favorite game, thinking it would save setup time. It showed up and was literally just a plain wooden box with no dividers or trays, nothing. I had to spend another weekend cutting foam core to make it actually work. Has anyone else fallen for a 'premium' organizer that was basically useless?

That's not a board game organizer, that's just a box. The whole point of an insert is the organization inside.
