Found out my grandfather's old hammer was on a union tool list from 1958

I was digging through some old family boxes over the weekend in Pittsburgh and came across a faded tool inventory paper my granddad kept from his boiler job. Turns out a 3-pound cross peen hammer like mine was listed as a required tool back then, and it cost $4.75 new. Anyone else ever find old trade paperwork that made them rethink what they carry now?
