Tbh you see this everywhere now. Same thing happened with car repairs, where you used to take it to a guy who knew everything. Now you just watch a YouTube video and hope you don't make it worse. Feels like every company decided it was cheaper to give us a manual than to pay a person to help. Even basic tech stuff is like that, where you're just expected to figure it out alone when it breaks.

Yeah, it's crazy how much we're expected to DIY now. Even setting up new gadgets often comes with a QR code to a video instead of a person to call. What's the most annoying time you've had to be your own tech support, and did you ever find a good solution?
