I finally started tagging my welds with a paint marker, and my rework rate on a 60 foot spool went from 4 joints a shift to maybe one
Shop foreman in Tulsa started having us initial and date every pass on the log, so now everybody actually checks the root before capping. Anyone else's crew do this or is it just us?
