My chuck key flew off and nearly took out the foreman's truck
Last Tuesday in the shop in Gary, I was finishing a 4-inch drill on some plate steel and forgot to pull the chuck key before hitting the trigger. It launched across the bay and smacked the hood of his F-150, dented it clean. He just laughed and said "at least you didn't lose the key," but now I double check every single time, anyone else got a close call story like that?

Damn, mine just drilled a hole in my thermos and I still drink out of it every day!
