Hit my 100th hand-sewn book yesterday and it stopped me in my tracks

I started binding books as a hobby about three years ago, mostly small journals and sketchbooks. Yesterday I finished my 100th one, a little leather-bound notebook with a Coptic stitch. It hit me that I had actually stuck with something this long and built a real skill. Each one taught me something, whether it was about grain direction, thread tension, or just being patient with mistakes. That number made me feel like a real bookbinder, not just someone messing around with glue. Has anyone else tracked how many books they have made from start to finish?

And here I am wondering if 100 is enough to call myself a professional procrastinator.

100 procrastinators club sounds pretty legit to me honestly. Idk if there's really a set number for that title, but 100 feels like you've put in real effort over time. Maybe it's just me but hitting triple digits means you've got some serious staying power in the whole not-doing-things department. That's not easy to maintain, you know? Most people give up after 50 or so distractions, but you've earned your badge.

Wait sorry hold on, 100 what exactly? Like 100 different tasks you've put off or 100 times you've procrastinated on the same thing? Because if it's the first one, that's wild. I once counted my tabs open on my browser and it was like 47 articles about "how to start that project" I never actually started. But 100 is a whole other level. That's like professional level avoidance right there. I'm genuinely impressed honestly.
