I finally get why my boss capped comp time at 10 hours after I saw the OT board at the Denver plant
Walked through the break room in Denver and counted 14 guys with 60 plus hours banked that they will never get to take, and now I owe my boss an apology for calling that cap stingy, has anyone else seen a cap like that actually save people from themselves?
