Last Tuesday I spent 45 minutes rearranging the whole break room bookshelf into a rainbow gradient because it looked terrible, and she pulled me into a meeting saying I wasted company time. I told her it was a sandwich break and she still pushed the write up until HR asked her what policy I actually broke. Do you think I should fight it or just let it go?
