Stop watering your succulents every week like they're thirsty teenagers
I killed 4 echeverias in 6 months before I realized they need a soak maybe once every 3 weeks, not weekly sprinkles. How often are you actually checking the soil before you water?

Oh man, I feel your pain. I was drowning my poor succulents too until I finally figured out the trick. What really turned things around for me was getting one of those cheap moisture meters from the hardware store. I stuck it in the soil and refused to water until it read bone dry, like almost all the way to the bottom of the pot. My jade plant went from dropping leaves to actually growing new little branches, and my haworthia stopped looking like a sad, squishy mess. Now I just stick my finger in the soil and if it feels even a little damp an inch down, I close the watering can and walk away.

Sat up straight in my chair when you said you check almost to the bottom of the pot with the meter. I've been only sticking mine maybe halfway down and probably overreacting to the top layer feeling dry. Gotta admit I never thought about how deep those roots go, no wonder my echeveria leaves still get wrinkly. Gonna dig that meter deeper now and see if it changes things.
